Long Time No Post

It's been a long time since I've posted anything.  Here are some recent sketches and drawings.

I tried using ZBrush about 2 years ago, but I hated the interface.  After picking it up again, it seemed a lot easier this time.  This piggy head would have taken me 10 times as long in Maya using polys.  Now to figure out the rest of the interface and do something more ambitious!

A gouache painting from life from a few weeks ago.

I started drawing "Kayfabe" around the Fall of 2008. But in 2009, buying a home, remodeling, moving, and unpacking ate up all of my time. After a year and a half hiatus, I'm finally working on this comic again. Here's Page One:

This is a new poster for Music for Animals. I haven't drawn one for them in over a year, and this is the first one that hasn't featured the band members on the image. Eli wanted an homage to "Attack of the 50 Ft. Woman." I actually finished a little early, so this will give them time to silkscreen it.

Almost there. I just need to work on a few more areas, beef up some lines, and clean it up.

Work in progress. I hate perspective. I really, really, really hate perspective. Did I mention I hate drawing buildings too?

Some work in progress for a new MFA poster. I'm definitely feeling rusty since I haven't inked anything finished in a few months. Hopefully, this will come together once all the buildings are in.
